Everything you expect. Nothing you don't.
Tabs
Open as many tabs as you want. Middle-click to close, click + for a fresh New Tab page with quick links to every Ecosystem app.
Bookmarks
Star any page to save it. Your bookmarks live locally and appear on the New Tab page for one-click access.
History
Every page you visit is saved locally. Search your history or clear it anytime — incognito tabs are never recorded.
Downloads
A built-in download manager with progress, open-in-folder, and Show in Explorer from the downloads panel.
Incognito mode
Browse without leaving a trace — no history, no cookies kept between sessions. Toggle it right from the toolbar.
Settings
Pick your default search engine, set your homepage, choose whether the bookmarks bar shows — all saved locally.
Address-bar search
Type anything that isn't a URL and hit Enter — you get instant results from your default engine, no search box needed.
Private by default
No telemetry, no accounts, no data synced to a cloud. Your bookmarks, history, and settings stay on your machine.
Ecosystem-first
New Tab quick links, homepage, and default engine all point to Ecosystem Search, Mail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Chat & Messenger.
Search, built in.
Switch engines in Settings anytime. A custom engine template like https://example.com/search?q=%s works too.
- Search operators and freshness work in every engine
- Results open right in the current tab
- Secure and not-secure indicators in the address bar
Privacy, in plain terms.
📁 Local storage
Bookmarks, history, and downloads are stored in a local file on your own machine — not in a database somewhere.
🚫 No telemetry
The browser phones nothing home. No analytics beacons, no crash reports, no usage stats.
🕶️ Incognito
Toggle incognito for sessions that never touch history — and block cross-session cookies.
Getting started
- Download the installer below (~80 MB, Windows 10/11 x64)
- Run Ecosystem-Browser-Setup-1.0.0.exe and choose your install location
- A desktop and Start-menu shortcut are created for you
- Start typing in the address bar — Ecosystem Search answers
⚠️ Windows SmartScreen
Because the installer isn't code-signed, SmartScreen may show "Windows protected your PC." That's expected for an unsigned setup — click More info → Run anyway. We're adding code signing to a future release.
